For dealerships

Loaner tickets land on you.Know who had the car.

Tolls, tickets and violations on loaners, demos and service vehicles can reach your dealership after the customer leaves. Citation Sentry checks supported sources and compares charges with imported loan agreements.

Why dealerships pay for tickets they didn't get

  • Registered to the store

Every loaner and demo is in the dealership's name, so every ticket is mailed to you.

  • Short, frequent hand-offs

A loaner can have several drivers in a week. Working out who had it on a given day takes digging.

  • Found too late to recover

By the time a notice is opened, the customer's repair is done and the paperwork is filed.

How it works

  1. List your loaners

Upload the plates for loaner, demo and service vehicles.

  2. Add loan agreements

Import who had each car and when, as a CSV.

  3. Scan on a schedule

Scans run automatically and report new tickets.

  4. Recover the cost

Each ticket shows the matching customer and agreement, with edge cases flagged.

Good to know

Which sources does it check?

Citation Sentry brings tolls, tickets and vehicle violations into one workflow through a growing source network. Availability varies by location and source. Every scan records the sources checked and their results, so your team can review the evidence. Contact us about your fleet's locations and the charges you need to track.

Does it work with my DMS?

Not directly yet. Vehicles and agreements are imported as CSV files, which most dealer systems can export.
